  • Internet 15eur/month/for all flat
  • Water, eletricity and gas according with use
  • Heating according with temperature

 

* Consider the values/person  as simply average calculate in according with our  experience, neverthless costs may changes  till +/- 20% !!!

Rent price: price for month is always showed without utilities.


Deposit :  it’s the amount kept by landlord to guarantee him self about possible damages in the flat. Sum is always refund if  not occurs any damage to the flat or problems with police due to the Tenants.


Vilnius Apartment’s fee: it’s a fixed fee for our service of translation and mediation, which has to be payed only one time. Check the prices here


Down payment: it’s a variable sum from 150Eur to 300Eur, which landlords requests to reserved the flat in advance, in case you are not in Lithuania yet. Once you arrive in Vilnius, such amount  is deducted from the total sum owed for the rent to the Landlord.

  6. Great location. Bus stations and pubs are next to the flat. The living room is really comfortable and lovely. Every basic stuff you need, like towels and bed linien are available for free. The matress in the small room is quit hard. Kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine is working very well.

  7. The location is pretty much perfect. Only a few minutes by feet to the very heart of the city and close to maxima supermarket. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms are cozy and it’s warm inside.

  8. I’m in this flat for a week only and I really recommend it. Kitchen is well equipped even if there is a little problem with the fridge, but it is still working. Bedrooms are confortable and the living room is spacious and cosy. The flat is also really quite.
    Bathroom is small but ok for all the things who have to do in.

  9. I stayed here for half a year and enjoyed the time at this flat. Kitchen is well equiped and everything works well, except for heating in one bedroom. Washing machine does the job. Also cosy living room with comfortable couches. Bed was excellent, Bathroom is good and no problems with warm water.

  10. The flat is cozy, there is the right amount of space for 3 people and it is really convenient to the centre of Vilnius.
    The kitchen is good, oven and dish washer works well, the bathroom is OK, and the washing machine is perfect, and very useful for those who has never used it before.
    2 rooms are perfect, my room is OK, but it has some problems with the heating, which doesn’t work properly, especially in the winter months. But for the rest it is quite good

  11. Flat is quite good; nice living room with couches and a TV.
    Two rooms are big and have comfortable double beds, the other one is smaller and only has a single bed.

    Kitchen is well equipped, but the fridge might need maintenance. Oven and dishwasher work well.

    Bathroom is small, but ok. Whashing machine is working very well.
