Private double room + shared bathroom,  inside a huge apartment of 200m2 in the main street of the Old Town, close to University ISM, VU, bars, clubs, SUPERMARKET open 24hours. room has one big double bed and 2 single beds.

Full-equipment kitchen. . Central heating.2 bathrooms.  IN THE APARTMENT IN TOTAL THERE ARE 5 SEPARATED BEDROOM, BIG CORRIDORY, SPACIOUS KITCHEN AND LOUNGE, BALCONY WITH BARBECUE.

Refoundable Deposit:     400€/person

Rent price:  350€+utilities if 1 person  200eur(for person) if 2 people  150eur(for person) if 3 people   +utilities

Agency’s fee:  100Eur/person  for one semester, 200Eur/person for 2 semester.

 

Utilieties cost *:
April-September  around  30-80Eur for month/person
October-March   around   50-100Eur for month/person

Rent price: price for month is always showed without utilities.


Deposit :  it’s the amount kept by landlord to guarantee him self about possible damages in the flat. Sum is always refund if  not occurs any damage to the flat or problems with police due to the Tenants.


Vilnius Apartment’s fee: it’s a fixed fee for our service of translation and mediation, which has to be payed only one time. Check the prices here


Down payment: it’s a variable sum from 150Eur to 300Eur, which landlords requests to reserved the flat in advance, in case you are not in Lithuania yet. Once you arrive in Vilnius, such amount  is deducted from the total sum owed for the rent to the Landlord.

  24. the location is simply perfect: in the center is close to all kinds of entertainment, also the bus stops for the universities are close enough. The building is quiet and bright, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.Finally the kitchen is fully equipped and habitable . I highly recommend it
